What could be the problem with this disc drive? It's from a CECHC04 and it's taking in the disc far too way in and when's getting the console the drive is ejecting

UPDATE on the faulty PS3 BR reader. I found out that if you push the mechanism sideways until you ear that click the CD starts spinning. Already dismantled the drive countless times
